The National Library “Stojan Trumić” is the only institution of culture in the territory of the municipality of Titel. As such, it is dedicated to a readership for which it regularly organizes promotions of new titles. Within the Library, there is the “Stojan Trumić” Memorial Gallery, founded in 1980, which has over 600 works of art by this excellent expressionist.
