Svetosavska 5, Stara Pazova
The building of the current Technical school in Svetosavska Street No. 5 in Stara Pazova was recorded in the history of Pazova’s architecture as an example of a representative family house from 1905. built for an affluent client. The first owner of this house was Nikola Petrović (Sombor, 1854 – Stara Pazova, 1940), a renowned banker, Member of Parliament and landowner. Considering his great material possibilities, he built a representative ground-floor house in the spirit of eclectic beliefs.
