Bela Crkva
City lake stretches along the left side of the road for Kovin, along the western perimeter of BelaCrkva. On the north side there is a concrete coastline with gentle transition to a greater depth above which there is a restaurant, “Jezero”. In an extension of about 300 meters, there are bungalows with 66 beds. The average depth of water is 3 meters, and during rain season, the maximum water level does not exceed 6.5 meters.
In the southeastern part of the lake there is a 80 meters long gravel beach, which visitors frequent because of the proximity of water for swimming, diving, water polo and dive board. Directly behind the east coast the auto-camp is located, with 250 spots, as well as holiday resorts (villas and apartments registered from two to four stars). In the past ten years investments have been made in improving tourist facilities on the shores of the lake. Featuring complete infrastructure, there are two toilets one of which is within the auto camp, showers with hot water, walking and jogging trail around the entire lake with a night light, which is perfect for night walks, outdoor gym, restaurants, bars with a range of desserts (ice cream, pancakes, donuts …), fast food, souvenir shop, on the main beach you can lease umbrellas and chairs, pedal boats, or go scuba diving.
There are also water sports competitions (water polo matches, sailing regattas, Vidovdanski marathon). For fishing enthusiasts there is the possibility of fishing on the lake, and a lifeguard service.Near the lake there are tennis courts, a basketball court and a children’s playground.
